Depending on product availability, packages are sent from different locations such as the United States, France or Spain to our store. If the product is available in the store, we will ship it on the same or next day. Otherwise, shipping may take 3 to 5 business days to reach you.
Likewise, it is important to mention that the shipping time of the products may vary depending on their origin. Generally, about 90% of our products are in the store, otherwise we will place an order immediately. For example, products shipped from the United States typically take 5 to 10 business days to arrive, while products shipped from France may take approximately one week.
Since our dresses are delicate and customized, we only accept exchanges within the first 48 hours after you receive the package. If you need to make an exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will provide you with the correct address to send the dress to. Once we receive the dress, we will issue you store credit that you can use on future purchases.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At DRESS & FIESTA we strive to ensure that all our clients are completely satisfied with their orders. However, we understand that on some occasions it may be necessary to make changes or returns. Below, we provide you with all the information you need:
RETURNS If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at DRESS & FIESTA, you can make a return and choose another item in exchange, as long as the following conditions are met:
- The item must be returned unworn and unwashed.
- It must have all labels and original packaging.

Once our team verifies that all requirements have been met, a coupon for the value of the returned items will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please note that the refund will be made in the form of a purchase voucher.
CHANGES If you wish to make a size or model change at DRESS & FIESTA (*as long as it is the same amount or less than the item you wish to change), please notify us by email at email@example.com or by WhatsApp, indicating the new size or model.
Once our team verifies that all the steps have been followed correctly, we will proceed to send the new item to your address. Please note that shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT If you consider that the item you have received at DRESS & FIESTA is defective, you have a period of 3 calendar days from receipt to notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org . Our team will review the case and provide you with an appropriate solution.
